MASII HORTICULTURAL FARMERS TRAINING ON MANGO FRUITS

Masii Horticultural Farmers following the proceedings of the training on small scale processing on mango fruits at the University of Nairobi Faculty of Agriculture upper Kabete Campus. The farmers were taken through the best practices in fruit processing,Food processing Hygiene and food safety, processing facilities/ Equipment, processing of various mango products(Theory);Mango Juices, Mango Wine, Mango leather(ROLL) Product development and Commercialization. The main Trainers Were. Prof. Jane Ambuko,Dr. George Abong and Mr. Duke Gekonge (PHD student).
