Faculty of Agriculture Hosts a Stakeholder Inception/Consultative Workshop on Homegrown School Meals Programs

On 17th and 18th March 2021, the Faculty of Agriculture played host to a stakeholder consultative and inception workshop that brought together diverse stakeholders from various government ministries, private sector actor and development partners. The inception/consultative workshop is one of the activities in a collaborative project between the University of Nairobi and the United Nation’s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

On 26th February 2021, the Faculty of Agriculture (FOA) team led by the Dean, Prof. Moses Nyangito and the Chair of the Visibility and Outreach Committee, Prof Jane Ambuko hosted a virtual interaction with the Form 4 students of Naivasha Girls High School (Naivasha GHS). The meeting with Naivasha GHS was made possible through the connection to Prof. Nyangito, who is the Chair of the School’s Board.
